At this Regional Risk Management Seminar, Sandra will lead you through the common areas of concern as they relate to services in public works and parks, discuss where risks may arise, and share some simple and practical risk management strategies that you can implement to minimize the risks, with an emphasis on policy development, managing difficult conversations, and the importance of documentation throughout your local government. You will also have an opportunity to work with your peers to problem solve a scenario and share your ideas and experience with the group.
