In this workshop, Sandra will explore the essential elements of a robust risk management program and share how local government staff should develop and follow a clear risk management decision making process. You will learn to identify common risks that local governments face in providing services to your communities and how to prioritize those risks. Sandra will also share some practical strategies local governments can implement to reduce or transfer risks.
