Effective March 14, 2016, Glenn McLaughlin began serving the MIABC in an entirely new capacity. After nine years on the Board of Directors, Mr. McLaughlin is now a member of the MIABC’s management team in the role of Director of Insurance.
As Director of Insurance, Mr. McLaughlin will be responsible for the MIABC’s new Property and Ancillary Insurance Program, which launched in 2014. He will be working closely with Marina Sen, the Insurance Services Coordinator.
Mr. McLaughlin brings to his new role over 30 years’ experience working in local government for the City of Richmond. Most recently, he was the City’s Chief License Inspector and Risk Manager. An active member of his community, Mr. McLaughlin has dedicated his time to non-profit groups and youth sports. He most values his time spent with family, including his three children.
