Pritika Pratap joined the MIABC’s Administration Department in the role of Accountant in 2016. Working closely with the MIABC’s Chief Financial Officer, Pritika manages the accounting for the Property Insurance Program in addition to other duties related to accounting. Prior to joining the MIABC, Pritika worked in the customer service industry for ten years. Pritika holds a degree in Business Administration from Douglas College and was designated a CPA in 2021 after completing the professional requirements.
Pritika believes that a commitment to service is what sets the MIABC apart from her previous workplaces. Pritika says “The MIABC is a great place to work because everyone is friendly and helpful not only towards each other but also our members. If they need something, we get back to them right away. It doesn’t matter if the member is big or small."
