As we have entered a period of unprecedented uncertainty and disruption across the globe related to the COVID-19 health pandemic, we want you to know that we are here to assist you to navigate the confusing landscape ahead and make the best risk-informed decisions possible to keep yourselves and your communities safe, healthy and in a position to thrive.
As of March 17, 2020, we have moved to remote operations in order to protect both our staff and our communities. However, that does not mean that we have closed our office. Claims should continue to be reported by sending an email to the Director of Claims at email@example.com.
For members who are part of our property program, to report a property damage claim, please contact the MIABC claims department. If it is after hours and you’ve had property damage to your own building, please call Coast to Coast Claims at 1-855-535-0554 and they will handle the claim until it can be reported to the MIABC Claims Department.
