Michelle has worked in the insurance industry since 1986, working in several different claims roles with various insurers. In 2011, she obtained her Fellowship with the Insurance Institute of Canada. Michelle joined the MIABC in January 2014 and handles both liability and property claims. She enjoys the MIABC’s people, the level of professionalism they all bring to their roles, and the collaborative approach of the management team. The organization provides valuable support for its members and consistently seeks feedback in order to assess how best the MIABC can be of service.
